Terms of Service

Agreement Acceptance

By accessing, browsing or purchasing products on this website, you agree to abide by all these Terms of Service. We reserve the right to update these terms without prior notice, and revised terms take immediate effect upon posting on the site.

Product Disclaimer

Product images, technical parameters, temperature specifications and user manuals are for reference only. Slight color difference may exist due to display device difference and product batch variation; the actual received product shall prevail.

Order & Payment

• An order is confirmed only after successful payment. We reserve the right to cancel abnormal orders (malicious orders, price error orders, fraudulent orders) and issue full refunds accordingly.
• Wholesale pricing, currency, taxes, freight, lead time, and payment arrangements are confirmed in the formal quote and invoice. A quote request is not a confirmed order. For retail purchases through Amazon, refer to the terms shown on that platform.

Intellectual Property

All website content including texts, images, trademarks, logos and product designs are exclusive intellectual property of LFreshtech®. Unauthorized copying, reproduction and distribution are strictly prohibited.

Liability Limitation

Our maximum compensation liability is limited to the total amount of your order. We shall not be held responsible for indirect, incidental or consequential losses such as profit loss and business interruption, unless otherwise stipulated by mandatory local laws.
